The GroupID element specifies a group ID of the specified meter or meter group for the historical and forecast gas load input data. This value will refer to another facility in the system that establishes a parent relationship that can be used for grouping meters or meter groups, or for different assignments of forecast values (see Value Assignment Type for more information). The GroupID value should match the ID of the parent facility record, not the parent’s Facility ID itself. This element is optional.
